For the end user/consumer
Any customer of a repairer who has had their phone repaired anywhere in the world with the use of a part from LSREparts that has faulted are to return their phone to the repairer for the item installed to be replaced.
For the repairer
Screens:
Globally every one of the screens that we sell accompany a lifetime guarantee. This gives our customers a inward feeling of harmony that when they are purchasing our parts, they can have confidence that assuming there are any issues that happen with the part later on, they can return the part to us for a credit back or replacement dependent on the current selling cost or the price tag, whichever is lower. The main condition that might make the part not qualified for guarantee is physical or internal damage from poorly installed part to the intended device that had caused such failure.
Batteries:
Globally every one of our batteries accompany a one-year guarantee. This guarantee covers any deformities that might happen with the battery inside an extended time of procurement as long as there is no actual harm to the battery. You can return the battery to us inside the one-year time frame for a credit back or replacement dependent on the current selling cost or the price tag, whichever is lower, or trade.
Accessories:
Globally any customer end user or repairer that has an item that has faulted can contact us directly for replacement. Furthermore, the shipping will be covered in the return and sending back of the item to ensure you have peace of mind that we stand behind the quality of our product.
Shipping Expense for returns
Assuming you would like to get an item replaced rather than a credit back, please email us directly and we will arrange a shipping document for you to send the part back to us directly. When delivering the replaced item to you, we don't charge any reshipping expense, again the item will be sent to you for nothing through FedEx Ground, USPS or Sendle shipping service. Also, kindly note that we don't charge any restocking expenses at all.
